Cold Skills AB was established in 2002 and are specialists in operations in arctic environments. Cold Skills AB holds courses for several departments within NATO and has been involved in developing TAIGA's military collection from the start.

Mission Critical Designs AS was established in 2014 and designs equipment for Defense and Police. MCD's products are used both by regular and special forces as well as police in several NATO countries and their allies. Since 2022, MCD has been transformed into Cold Skills Norway AS.

Cold Skills Norway AS is based in Trysil, Norway.
