Terms & Conditions


General
To carry out an order, customer must be of legal age, 18 years, or have parental consent. Customer refers to a natural person. If your location (country) isn´t in the webshops order site, please contact us and we will help you whit your order and send you a Pro Forma Invoice for payment!          

1. Order
Ordering Cold Skills products can be made via the webshop or by sending a e-mail to order(a)coldskills.com. Incoming orders are answered with a written order confirmation by email.

All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake you must contact us immediately. Cold Skills reserves the right to refuse a customer purchases.

If a product is not available in stock we will contact you. When we receive the backordered product it will be shipped to you. If you do not want the backordered product you can contact Cold Skills at order(a)coldskills.com.

2. Prices
Prices in the web shop are including Swedish VAT, currently 25% and are quoted in Swedish Kroners. Cold Skills reserves the right to change prices due to tax increases and other price changes that we have no control over. Charges for shipping, freight charges or invoice charges.

We charge VAT at 25% when shipping to countries within the EU, except qualifying tax-free BFPO addresses. Normal prices on the site include this 25%.

3. Payment
Online Payment can be made.

Pre Pay:
If your location (country)  isn´t listed in the webshop. please contact us via mail. A Pro Forma Invoice is then made and sent to you in order for you to make a bank transfer. The order will be shipped as soon as Cold Skills gets the payment.

4. Delivery
Normal delivery time is 2-10 business days. Deviations may occur when certain products must be manufactured. In such cases we will contact the customer. Cold Skills shall not be liable to deliver the sold out or discontinued product. Shipping cost is always visible in the when making a web shop order. Over sea delivery could take up to 5-10 more than with in EU.

5. Delay in delivery
We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You, the customer have the right to cancel the purchase of shipping delays.
Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers cannot meet its obligations to us. Cold Skills reserves the right to exclude from compensation to customers in such situations or late delivery.

6. Shipment
Countries listed on the webshop will included the shipping cost to these countries. If your country isn´t listed please make contact whit us a Cold Skills by mailing to order(a)coldskills.com and we will help you.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are available to sign for delivery (courier service only). If in the event your order is unable to be signed for your parcel will be returned and you will be liable for further shipping costs.

7. Warranty
Cold Skills want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have problems with a product please contact us.

8. Return Policy
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Size Queries
To ensure the most efficient service possible to our customers we would strongly advise that you contact us to check on sizing of garments prior to ordering if you are unsure as sizing does vary between manufacturers. This will ensure a more efficient service to our customers.

Boot Fitting Service
At Cold Skills we realize the importance of making sure our customers purchase the right boot for their needs. We are unfortunately unable to Guarantee a Boot Fit for customers who purchase their boots by mail order and have not been measured up in store.

Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it, complete with packaging and all components) within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. All goods for return should be notified to us in advance.

Cold Skills will not accept the costs for return shipping costs on orders placed incorrectly i.e.

A. Incorrect address

B. Unwanted goods

C. Incorrect sizing

D. Overseas import duties and tax issues

F. Failure to include an international telephone number (overseas orders only)

Customers who place incorrect orders are liable for all aspects of shipping costs and will only be refunded the value of the goods NOT the subsequent carriage costs out, back to and from Cold Skills.
When paying by card only refunded directly to the debit card and not to other accounts.

9. Safety
Cold Skills will under no circumstances disclose any personal information without the consent of the person. The same applies to email addresses.

10. Reservation
Cold Skills takes no responsibility for errors in content and price list on the website.


11. Cookies
