Snö BCS Jacka

The Snö BCS Jacka (Snow BCS Jacket) is developed in close collaboration with Swedish specialists in winter warfare.

The Snö BCS system is designed with experience from decades of Swedish winter warfare knowledge.

The ols way of closing pockets is based on large white buttons which are a legacy from older winter camouflage systems in the Swedish Armed Forces.

The Snö system gives the operator the comfort to operate in late autumn with changing snow situation, as the system is designed as a overtrack. Thin, light and easy to carry in a backpack or a combat vest.

Designed for highly active activities such as e.g. skiing, pulling sleds, etc. When utilizing the multi-layer principle and combinations of undergarments and reinforcement garments from our other system, it provides a very flexible system that allows you to save weight and volume overall.

The Snö system is perfect for use in the climate zones that NATO defines as C1 – C3.

Functions

• Spacious fit with space for insulation garments
• Hood with adjustment Velcro around the opening of the hood with the option of attaching a fur brim (purchased separately)
• Heavy-duty 2-way zipper at front, hidden by front flap with button closure
• Vertical chest pockets with zipper closure
• Sleeve pocket on left upper arm with velcro closure, bellows, pocket flap and external loops for securing equipment
• Velcro on sleeve pockets for the possibility of attaching badges/patches
• Pre-bent sleeves
• Ventilation openings with zipper under the sleeves
• Button adjustment at sleeve ends
• Width adjustment at the bottom of the jacket and the waist with the help of elastic cords
