Tourniquet pocket with an elastic band inside the pocket to hold the tourniquet. Then the long sides are folded in over TQ. After that, the TQ is covered by an oblong flap, from the bottom and up. Velcro secures long sides together with the flap. Finally, a push button is used at the top to further secure the flap.

The pocket is attached with a Molle strap.
