AKU Griffon Combat GTX

The Griffon Combat GTX is a robust full-grain leather boot built on top of a medium-stiff last plate and offers very good support and stability in all positions. Gore-Tex® Insulate Comfort membrane keeps moisture out and creates a good foot climate. Used by the Danish Army as a cold weather king. The boot has a rubber protective strip that gives the leather extra protection against damage/tears. The sole package with a self-cleaning grip sole from Davos® and midsole with skeletal molded EVA provides good grip and well-balanced cushioning during long journeys with heavy loads. The medium-stiff last plate enhances comfort and stabilizes the upper part. The sole is made of antistatic, heat and petroleum resistant Nitrile rubber. AKU are known for a slightly wider last and maintain their high comfort even when the foot swells after long sessions and heavy loads.
