There are a lot of units that use light machine guns on their patrols.

But then these units will go in and out of the operational area on foot.

The 556 SAW Pouch is minimally made to save on weight and volume. It should not build too much if it is attached to a vest or backpack (builds 8 cm).

The 556 SAW pouch has a mole system that is laser cut and as slim as possible. It is also cut two 50 mm standing holes to give you the opportunity to carry the pocket on a belt. The pouch closes with a buckle or velcro. Or a combo of both options. Some want to have the option of opening the pocket without Velcro sound, so you keep the protective look of Velcron on the pocket.

If you use the buckle, you will notice that the female that is sewn to the pocket is attached to an elastic band. This makes it easier with one hand to get the trade of the buckle closed.

To increase the readiness to remove the tape box etc., the lid can be rolled up and attached to the upper edge of the lid.
